1. If you need umbrella,wheelchair,or service such as depositing baggages,collecting items and hiring vehicles temporarily,you can directly call 8003 or 6003 to the ritual guest department ,and then they'll serve you sincerely.
2. If you need receiving or sending international and domestic facsimiles, typing, coping, or logging on to the Internet, the business center will help you . In addition, you can make an international or a domestic long-distance call in the center; If you need to receive facsimiles, please tell you partner the fax number:010-51693609,and facsimiles will be quickly delivered to you room. You can also dial 8288 directly to inquiry whether facsimiles are sent or received.
3. To make your journey more convenient, if you need wake-up service, phone message, no phone disturb services and so on, please dial 9 in your room to inform switchboard operator, and then we provide the thorough services to you: You may also acquire local, domestic and international direct-dialing call service though the switchboard for your room.
4. If you need washing, ironing, drying and other service in the room, just call 8700 or 8038 to the guest service center, and you will be satisfied. In the room ,there is an independent safety box which you can deposit the valuables and set your own password. A “mini bar” is equipped in the room to meet guests' demand that you no longer need to rush upstair to get snack food and various drinks.
5. Having left the hotel but with some items forgotten carelessly, please dial 010-85110388 and then transfer to guest service center to inquiry. The hotel will keep food forgotten which is apt to go bad one day and other items left in the hotel six weeks for claiming. Beyond that time the hotel will be authorized to deal with them.
6. At and moment that you need help in the hotel,please fall back on the housekeeping department to get excellent services.
